HypnoBirthing® (The Mongan Method) 5-week Class Series

HypnoBirthing® classes are a 5-week in person series offered on Thursday evenings at Labor of Love Birth Center. Classes are led by Candice Enriquez of Hypnotherapy Mind, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Doula.

HypnoBirthing® is an educational journey encompassing focused breathing, relaxation, visualization, and meditative practices which prepare you to birth confidently. Through a simple program of self-hypnosis and education, you’ll learn to let go of fear-driven narratives and birthing myths. Instead, you’ll learn to embrace trust in your body’s innate ability to bring your baby into the world. This five week series will help you tap into your natural birth instincts and achieve deep, tension-free relaxation to allow the body’s natural endorphins and oxytocin to replace stress hormones. If you’re seeking a class that aligns mind and body, this might be the class for you!

Registration is $425 for two people and includes all class materials and audio tracks. To learn more about HypnoBirthing® visit Candice’s website.
